Personal InterestsDr. Tso and her husband Siu Wan grew up in the Philippines, immigrating to the U.S. as young adult. They have two married children. Dr. Tso is fluent in half a dozen languages and enjoys reading and gardening. She also enjoys music and singing in her church choir. Dr. Tso and her fellow Missionettes volunteer regularly in our community and abroad. She has traveled extensively with her family and as a volunteer on medical missions in the Philippines, El Salvador, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, East Africa, and China.
