Northwest Pediatric Center is excited to invite three new team members aboard! We are looking for strong candidates to join our multidisciplinary team serving pediatric patients and their families. Current openings include:

    • Assistant Director –The person in this role will have a highly developed organizational skills, an appropriate level of clinical skills, and the ability to balance serving and leading.
    • Long-Term Therapist – Top candidates will have strong clinical skills for fielding complex cases or cases needing more than five sessions.
    • Pace Setter – This position is ideal for clinicians seeking a higher pay scale and larger caseload.

All positions are scheduled for Monday through Friday and include an hour for lunch and time for documentation. No after-hours, weekend or on call availability is required. All team members are expected at an annual/mandatory meeting held on a Sunday.

The pay scales for the assistant director and long -term therapist positions range from 70-85, with associates beginning at 60. The pace setter pay scale ranges from 80-95, with associates beginning at 70.
