Icel Sullivan, DNP, ARNP, CPNP
Dr Sullivan started with NWPC in 2020. As a former Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse, she has a special interest in newborn care and lactation support. She enjoys working with new parents, helping them feel confident as they gain the skills they need to care for their new baby. Her favorite part about working in pediatrics is the wide range of conversations throughout the day…anything from getting to talk with the toddlers about their favorite pair of yellow and green shoes, to school age kiddos about how they are doing in school, and with the teenagers on how to navigate becoming an independent young adult.
Outside of the office, Dr Sullivan enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading, and canning. She and her husband have three children that keep them busy, running from sports events to band concerts.
