About Me

Lauren is a transplant to the Pacific Northwest from Texas. Although she is a Texas native, she has lived all over the USA, thanks to her time spent in the Air Force. Lauren is excited to get to know families at NWPC and watch them grow, something she didn’t get to do in the Air Force due to frequent moves. Lauren is passionate about childhood obesity,a common challenge children and families face today. She hopes to empathetically counsel families, along with the dietician, to help families concerned with this issue and help support their child’s future health. Lauren has Spanish heritage, and enjoys conversing in Spanish and continuing to grow her Spanish language skills so go ahead and teach her a new word!

In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the local area with her husband and their two dogs. They enjoy hiking, biking, and checking out local breweries.
