Lily Lo, MD, FAAP
Medical Director
Dr. Lo is our Medical Director, splitting her time between seeing patients and focusing on healthcare administration. Working closely with our care team of providers and managers, she is helping expand NWPC’s vision to provide children with the very best in evidence-based, up-to-date care while staying true to our mission of bringing healing to this community.
Jennifer Caserta, MD, FAAP
Associate Medical Director
Dr. Caserta is a Washington native and has been with NWPC since 2004. She is passionate about stopping intergenerational patterns of dysfunction that hinder healthy childhood development. For Dr. Caserta, working with families to build resiliency and confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of her job. Dr. Caserta enjoys horseback riding, cross-country skiing, and kayaking with her husband and their school-aged children.
Lisa McKay
Practice Manager
For more than 20 years, Lisa has helped our office grow in capacity and in the resources we can offer our community. Lisa handles the enormous task of overseeing the general operations of our five clinics. She loves working out, golfing and spending time with her friends and family.
Lisa Lininger
Front Office Manager
Lisa joined us in 1998 and oversees our billing, referrals, reception, and scheduling staff. She loves traveling, exploring the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest, working with wood and spending time with her family and friends.
