    A kind reminder from our team

    We understand that these times are incredibly challenging for families, especially when a child is unwell. At various times of the year, the volume of calls and visits to our office may increase significantly, and we know how stressful and emotional it can be when your wait is longer than usual, or a phone call isn’t returned immediately.

    Please know that every member of our team is working diligently to ensure your child receives the care they need. We respond to each concern with the attention and urgency it deserves, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate times of increased demand.

    We also ask for your kindness and understanding of our staff. They are here because they care deeply about your children and all of our families, and they are doing their very best to ensure your child receives appropriate and compassionate care.

    Respectful communication helps us provide the highest quality care in a safe and supportive environment for everyone. In the rare instance where behavior becomes inappropriate or threatening, we may need to take further steps, up to and including dismissal from our clinic, to protect our team and patients.

    Thank you for trusting us with your child’s care and for helping us provide a place for demonstrating compassion, respect, and healing.
